RVM Ads Pvt. Ltd. (“RVM Ads”, “we”, “us”) is a performance marketing agency running mobile app and web user-acquisition campaigns for advertisers, and payouts for publishers, across our offices in Singapore, Dubai, and Bengaluru. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have — whether you're an advertiser, a publisher, or simply visiting rvm-ads.com.

Contact & account data — name, work email, phone, company, and role, submitted through our contact form, audit requests, or campaign onboarding.

Campaign & attribution data — install, click, and conversion events shared via your Mobile Measurement Partner (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, AppMetrica, Trackier) or tracking links, scoped to what a campaign requires to report and pay accurately.

Device & usage data — IP address, device identifiers, user agent, and click/impression timestamps, collected for fraud detection and traffic quality validation.

Site usage data — pages viewed, referrer, and general analytics collected through cookies when you browse rvm-ads.com.

• Running, reporting, and optimizing app-install and web-conversion campaigns
• Validating traffic and filtering fraudulent clicks, installs, or events before billing
• Reconciling our numbers against your MMP and issuing accurate invoices or payouts

We use first-party cookies and, on some campaigns, third-party tracking pixels or SDKs supplied by your MMP to attribute installs and events. Our site itself uses a small set of cookies for core functionality and aggregate analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — doing so may limit some site features but will not affect campaign-level attribution, which runs through your MMP, not our cookies.

We do not sell personal data. We share information only as needed to run a campaign:

• With the advertising networks and publishers delivering your campaign, limited to what's required to serve and attribute traffic
• With your named MMP, for attribution and reconciliation
• With fraud-detection and analytics tools we use to validate traffic
• With payment processors and banking partners, to invoice or pay out
• Where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process

We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide our services, meet the purpose it was collected for, and satisfy any legal, tax, or audit obligations that apply. Data we no longer need is deleted or anonymized.

Access to campaign, financial, and attribution data is restricted to the team members who need it to run your account, behind access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to protect your data but can't guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@rvm-ads.com — we'll respond within a reasonable time and, in any event, within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Our services are directed at businesses, not children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll remove it.

We operate across Singapore, the UAE, and India, and work with networks and MMPs worldwide. Data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country other than your own; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
